State Advocacy Services
The Ventura County Transportation Commission (VCTC) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide state advocacy services. The initial agreement is a three-year base term beginning January 1, 2027, with one option to extend for two additional years. The RFP and the draft consultant services agreement are available for download below.
