Public Transit Outreach and Community Outreach Program
The Ventura County Transportation Commission (VCTC), Ventura County’s regional transportation planning agency, is seeking to engage a full-service consultant to lead its Public Transit Outreach and Community Outreach Program in coordination with VCTC staff. The program objective is to increase public awareness of the VCTC brand and services, to grow transit ridership and to support transit goals included in VCTC’s adopted strategic plan.
