Simi Valley Area Transit serves Simi Valley with four regular bus routes, one of which connects with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) in Chatsworth. Bus service is Monday through Saturday.

Gold Coast Transit (GCT) operates 14 regular bus routes. GCT serves the cities of Ojai, Oxnard, Port Hueneme, and San Buenaventura and the county area between them. Most routes run Monday-Saturday, with some routes running on Sunday as well. Many routes now have weekday service until 9 p.m.
