CALL FOR TRANSIT PROJECT PROPOSALS
JOBS ACCESS/REVERSE COMMUTE (FTA SECTION 5316)
NEW FREEDOM INITIATIVE (FTA SECTION 5317)

The Ventura County Transportation Commission (VCTC) is seeking transit project proposals for funding from the Jobs Access Reverse Commute (JARC) program, to provide capital and operating funds for transportation to jobs; and the New Freedom Initiative, to provide capital and operating funds for service to the disabled. Each of these programs is funded by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). To be considered for funding, applications must be submitted to VCTC by the following date:
November 15, 2010
Applications must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on that date at VCTC’s office, located at 950 County Square Drive, Suite 207, Ventura, CA 93003. Applications may also be submitted by e-mail to ewebster@goventura.org.
